Product Handling Tips
Because Panné Provincio Breads contain no added fat, no added sugar, and no preservatives, they should be handling differently from other breads. The crisp crust of Panné Provincio acts as a natural preservative, but it's best if eaten within a day or two.
To serve, heat loaves in oven according to thier bake instructions. Once the load is sliced, it will begin to dry out. To keep bread as fresh and delicious as possible, store at room temperature, cut-side-down, in a paper bag.
To freeze Panné Provincio Breads, make sure loaf is completely
cooled, then place in a plastic bag. Squeeze out as much air as
possible and close tightly. Frozen bread keeps well for up to
three months. Thawing Panné Provincio Breads prior to heating
is not recommended. To serve from a frozen state, remove from
bag and bake in oven according to the bread's baking instructions.
